Glycolic Peel 30% (pH 2.00) / 50% (pH 1.89)

In-Office Professional Peel Protocol

This in-office peel treatment is formulated to even out skin tone, reduce discoloration, and initiate a comprehensive skin rejuvenation process. The Glycolic Peel may be combined with a mild facial treatment for a full-service procedure.

This is a buffered Glycolic Acid peel (Alpha Hydroxy Acid), known for its powerful exfoliating properties. It penetrates effectively to promote smoother, brighter skin.

Indications for Glycolic Acid Use

  • Improves dry, flaky skin

  • Reduces sun and environmental damage

  • Diminishes age spots and pigmentation

  • Decreases fine lines and wrinkles

Treatment Protocol

  1. Client Consultation & Patch Test
Review the client’s skin type, age, and history of skincare product use.

Perform a patch test prior to treatment to check for skin sensitivity.

  2. Cleanse & Exfoliate

    • Cleanse the face using Tea Tree Cleanser, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry.

    • Exfoliate using Exfoliating Scrub mixed with Glycolic 7.5% Exfoliant, then rinse and remove completely.

  3. Degrease the Skin
Apply Pre-Peel Solution using gauze to degrease the skin. This ensures even and effective peel penetration.

  4. Apply Peel Solution

    • Pour 1–2 ml of Glycolic 30% or 50% Peel onto a gauze pad or fan brush.

    • Apply evenly to the face, neck, and décolletage.

Avoid the eye area, lips, and inside the nostrils.
Apply petroleum jelly to protect areas where acid should not be applied.

  5. Timing Guidelines

    • First session: Leave on for 1 minute only.

    • Subsequent sessions: May increase to 2 minutes as client tolerance improves.

  6. Neutralize the Peel
Use Neutrapeel Solution to deactivate and neutralize the peel after the desired time is reached.

  7. Tone the Skin
Apply Green Tea Nutri-Toner to restore the skin’s pH balance.

  8. Apply Treatment Serum

    • Use Novox Serum for hydration

    • Use Sensi Skin Gel for sensitive or reactive skin types

  9. Soothing Mask
Apply an Acerola Peel-Off Mask to reduce any redness or irritation. Leave on for 15 minutes, then gently remove.

  10. Hydrate and Heal
Apply Hydra Cream to hydrate the skin and support the healing process.

  11. Sun Protection
Finish with Anti-Aging Cream SPF 30 to protect against UVA and UVB exposure.

Sun protection is essential after any peel or exfoliation treatment.
