"Shipping with Signature" must be selected to ensure delivery only with your signature and your package won’t be left at your premises or your door. If not selected, you are responsible for lost or stolen packages left at your premises at the mercy of anyone walking by. 

Nova Skin Inc may ship products using FedEx and United States Postal Service (USPS).  In the majority of the cases (95%), FedEx and USPS deliver packages on the estimated time frame given when the shipping quote is generated. FedEx Ground and USPS Regular Priority and Ground  Advantage services DO NOT guarantee the estimated delivery date, it could take 1, 2, 3 days up to 1 or 2 weeks. 

Although we ship our product orders on the same day the order is generated if placed before 12pm (working hours 10am - 5pm, Monday thru Friday) , if you need the products to be delivered on a specific day, please select the option that will satisfy your need or give us a call (786) 468-8671 to make sure we can accommodate your need.

Shipping Services and their transit times

Nova Skin Inc offers express and standard mail services to fit your needs. Depending on what items you’re sending (and when you want them delivered), choose based on:

• Fastest delivery speed
• Most affordable price

USPS (for contiguous US and Puerto Rico):

• Priority Mail Express: Arrives next-day or 2-day depending on destination.
• Priority Mail: Arrives in 1-3 business days depending on destination.
• Ground Advantage: Delivery in 2-8 business days depending on the destination.

Transit times to shipments to Puerto Rico may take longer than the expected times for contiguous US.

FedEx (for contiguous US):

• FedEx First Overnight: Delivers by 8 AM, 8:30 AM, 9 AM, or 9:30 AM the next business day
• FedEx Priority Overnight: Delivers by 10:30 AM the next business day
• FedEx Standard Overnight: Delivers by 5 PM the next business day
• FedEx 2Day: Delivers by 4:30 PM the second business day
• FedEx Express Saver: Delivers by 4:30 PM the third business day
• Ground & Home Delivery: Arrives in 1-5 business days depending on the destination

Returns & Replacements

Nova Skin Inc strives to provide world-class service to all our customers. We stand by the quality of our products 100% and guarantee your satisfaction. Nova Skin Inc will gladly accept requests for returns for any Nova Skin Inc products in case of defects, damage related to the shipment/delivery process, or if the received product is not consistent with your order. Before submitting a request for a return, please note the following:

1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained via our Customer Service department before shipping the product(s) back.
2. Product(s) must be returned within 5 days of delivery date in order to be authorized.
3. Return shipping and handling fees are not reimbursed by Nova Skin Inc and we regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
4. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and include a receipt.
5. All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used when the purchase was made.

 

 

Refund

To ensure a timely refund, please follow the instructions below:

1. Contact Customer Service at 1-786-445-3954 immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product and prior to shipment of the return item(s). We will process your request for return and issue a RMA number.
   Please have the following information ready when calling:
   • Name, address, phone number, and email address if available
   • Where and when the product was purchased
   • Reason for the return
   • Copy of your receipt and invoice number
2. Prepare the item(s) for shipment placing the unused portion of the product(s) in their original condition and packaging.
3. Make sure a copy of your receipt and an invoice number are included in your return shipment. Mail returns to:

Expedited processing of returns and credits are of utmost priority at Nova Skin Inc If provided, you will receive an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.

DISCLAIMER OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES: Nova Skin Inc makes no warranty other than the limited warranties described or provided above. THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.  In no event shall Nova Skin Inc... be liable for, and Customer shall indemnify and hold Nova Skin Inc...harmless from, any damages, direct, indirect, general, special, incidental or consequential,  WHETHER RESULTING FROM Nova Skin Inc...NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, arising out of, in connection with, or resulting from the goods contract sold hereunder, and any and all claims, actions, suits and proceedings which may be instituted in respect to the foregoing, including without limitation those made by subsequent owners and users of the goods.

INDEMNIFICATION: Nova Skin Inc...shall not be liable for any property damage whatsoever or claims of any kind whether based on contract, warranty, tort INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION Nova Skin Inc...OWN NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, or for any loss or damage arising out of, in connection with, or resulting from, this contract, or from the performance or breach thereof, or from all services or goods covered by or furnished under this contract. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NOVA SKIN INC against any and all liability associated therewith whatsoever whether based on contract, tort, AND WHETHER RESULTING FROM Nova Skin Inc... NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, including without limitation all claims made by any third party.

RESALE: Nova Skin Inc EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, including without limitation any liability to or warranties made for the benefit of any third party, including without limitation any third party to whom Customer may sell or transfer the goods, which are the subject of this contract. Notwithstanding, the foregoing all the terms and conditions set out herein shall be binding upon Customer and all subsequent owners and users of these goods. Without limitation of the foregoing, however, the goods identified herein are sold subject to the condition that they shall not, nor any portion of them, by way of trade or otherwise, be lent, resold, or otherwise conveyed without similar conditions, including without limitation this condition, being imposed on the subsequent borrower, purchaser, or transferee.

 

  In order to keep our prices the lowest possible, some exceptions apply, including a 15% restocking fee should the item be in a usable condition. Please see our Returns section for detailed information.
